HOW: Add 3 scoops (30 grams) to 250ml of water or milk. Shake and your protein shake is ready to drink.

BODYBUILDING athlete: 1.4 – 2.4 g / kg body weight / day (remembering that during periods of mass, the recommended protein intake is 2-30% of the total kcal intake from the diet)
STRENGTH sports: 1.8 – 2 g / kg body weight / day
COMBAT sports: 1.6 g / kg body weight / day
TEAM SPORTS (acyclic): 1.6 g / kg body weight / day

Iso-FUJI® Volactive® is a dietary supplement containing whey protein isolated by cross-flow ultrafiltration and microfiltration, suitable for sportsmen and women practising intense physical activity. What is Whey Protein Isolate by Cross-Flow Ultrafiltration and Microfiltration?
Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) is treated with special systems to remove larger amounts of fat and lactose. They have by definition an average protein content of 90%, but protein density can vary from as low as 86-88% or higher.Microfiltration is the most expensive of the processes used to isolate whey protein supplements, and it is also the one that most preserves the integrity and presence of the bio-active protein fractions, which determine the quality of the protein itself.
The whey, obtained in the first phase of processing by means of ultrafiltration, is conveyed to a machine which, using a system of membrane filters, proceeds to a further progressive filtration through which other undesirable particles, including minerals, lipids and lactose, are eliminated.
The proteins thus microfiltered are 99% undenatured and retain all the important bio-active peptide fractions of undenatured whey.
