SayanFOCUS – NO STIM is Yamamoto Nutrition’s innovative pre-workout designed to bring your performance to a higher level and composed of 11 different ingredients at the service of your performance. L-citrulline – Citrulline is a non-essential amino acid extremely advantageous for athletes: acting as a precursor of arginine, it improves the intake of blood and oxygen to the muscles, stimulating the production of nitric oxide. This has positive effects on muscle pump, increasing endurance and supporting performance during physical activity. Additionally, citrulline can help reduce muscle soreness and fatigue after exercise, as it helps reduce the buildup of lactic acid in the muscles. Thanks to its properties, citrulline plays a fundamental role in supporting athletes in achieving their goals.

Beta-alanine – Beta-alanine is a precursor of carnosine, a substance that neutralizes the accumulation of lactic acid in muscle tissues. The intake of Beta-alanine, therefore, helps to delay the feeling of tiredness and post-workout muscle pain, improving performance during high-intensity exercises. The International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN) claims that supplementation with Beta-alanine acts as a pH regulator within cells, ensuring safety and enhancing physical performance, especially in short-duration, high-intensity activities. Furthermore, this supplement is also able to mitigate neuromuscular fatigue.

TruBeet – patented and standardized formula with a high content of natural nitrates extracted from beetroot (Beta vulgaris). The formula is standardized to contain over 6% inorganic nitrate (VS traditional beetroot extracts which usually contain 1 to 3%), which allows dosages to be significantly reduced. Plus, it also harnesses the natural Energy of polyphenols, which work in harmony with nitrates to enhance performance during exercise and support cardiovascular health. Taking TruBeet facilitates the production of Nitric Oxide in tissues that are in hypoxic situations, such as muscles during exercise. It has been documented that improving the bioavailability of NO influences muscle function and physical performance, because it reduces the cost of oxygen in ATP synthesis, and increases the recovery of muscle phosphocreatine (PCr) in hypoxic situations. TruBeet® has been clinically proven to improve end-of-race performance in endurance events following prolonged moderate-intensity exercise. In the same study it also emerged that TruBeet® can accelerate the kinetics of muscle deoxyhemoglobin, improving oxygen extraction from the muscles. Below, we report the nitrite, nitrate and nitric oxide pathway. This pathway complements the L-Arginine-Nitric Oxide pathway, especially in conditions of lower oxygen availability, in the case of exercise performance or inefficient cardiovascular function.

Pomegranate Extract – obtained from the pomegranate fruit, this extract is very rich in antioxidants and vitamins, and is useful to improve energy levels (both physical and mental), reduce inflammatory states, slow down the oxidative process and improve blood flow, reducing the feeling of fatigue and thus making performance more efficient.

Nutricog – Nutricog is a proprietary combination of Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) and Boswellia (Boswellia serrata) standardized to gallic acid, ellagic acid and amyrins. In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial, Nutricog users demonstrated significant improvements compared to placebo in several cognitive domains, including attention and overall learning.
